A beautifully designed monograph divided into four parts: 1) a portfolio of monochrome plates depicting the Philadelphian architect in action, followed by 2) the largest section, a two-color typeset selection of his writings, lectures, and interviews, leading into 4) memories of Kahn by a variety of his intimates. ranging from Jonas Salk to Moshe Safdie, and, finally, 4) a curation of reproductions of pages from his imaginative notebooks.

Spine is square and tight, but has a prominent cosmetic crease running its length. Former owner name to the inside back cover, but interior is else clean and unmarked.
