Boltin, Lee. Ballantine Books, 1977 (1st Ed.). Hardbound. Boltin follows up his pioneering photobook, Jail Keys Made Here and Other Signs (1959), with this document of the rapidly vanishing world of weird signage, released nearly two decades later, the same year he photographed the contents of King Tut’s tomb for the book, Tutankhamen: The Tomb and Its Treasures, which records one of the most iconically exhibited archeological finds of the 20th century. Inscribed by Boltin to the inside front cover: 'To Arlene + Michael /and more / [arrow] / cordially Lee 12/82'.
Tight, square, uncreased spine. Clean, unmarked interior. Some areas of light creasing and very subtle soiling to the covers, but nice clean copy overall. Featured Rare & Collectible.
