Again, Dangerous Visions: 46 Original Stories
Ellison, Harlan (Ed.). Doubleday & Company, 1972 (Book Club Ed.). Hardbound. The follow-up to the groundbreaking Dangerous Visions (1967), also edited by Ellison (described in the flap copy here as having 'the most outrageous career in the history of the sf field'), this anthology compiles work by Joanna Russ, Ursula K. Le Guin, Barry Malzberg, James Tiptree, Jr., Ray Bradbury, Kurt Vonnegut, and many others. Incredible jacket art and interior illustrations by ace draftsman Ed Emshwiller, who grew up down the street from Zippy the Pinhead's Bill Griffith, and whose diverse body of work influenced artists such as Leo and Diane Dillon.
Tight, square spine. Clean, unmarked interior. Light shelf-wear to book. Jacket has some areas of light creasing, rubbing, and toning. 830 pp. Fiction.
