This mass-market edition features a Futura Bold emblazoned cover depicting a dissociative break in the pedagogical chain the work of the great Lawrence Ratzkin, who also created memorable covers for editions of Donald Barthelme's Snow White, P. G. Wodehouse's The Most, and Walter Evans-Wentz's English translation of The Tibetan Book of the Dead.
